New Business Manager

Your role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Continuously evaluate and improve business performance to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and teamwork
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully achieving business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business management, preferably in the software industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and plans
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Geek-mindset would be additional advantage
